Deals on products and clear out items once and a while

Lazy support staff, poor pay, low benefits, long hours, no respect or appreciate from management. It was expected that the employees worked late hours, weekends and even holidays. My contract felt more like I was selling my soul to the devil with how much they demanded. Many members on my team were told on multiple occasions that they were replaceable and incompetent. Multiple complaints made with the HR department and absolutely nothing was done about it. Management seems to think they can disappear when needed, no reply from emails, no reply from voicemails, no calls back, they just seem to hope that problems will go away on their own.
