Nice people to work side by side with, great lighting products.

Cons

CIO was manipulative, deceitful, a micro manager, and lacked technical skills. He would say one thing one day and then contradict himself the next day. Didnt understand IT workload or barriers and how to work around them. Never trusted in his staff. He is family friends with the owners which is the only reason he is still there. Very hostile environment.

Many employees with no real job to do, makes it easy to get by.

Cons

Too many Directors/VP's with no real job to do. They are master "manure spreaders" that have excelled at the use of smoke and mirrors to do a job on the ownership to promote their ideas and programs adding nothing to the improvement of the products or processes. They use people that work for them to do their work for them then pass it on as their own accomplishments..
