Pros

Flycast Partners is a great company that demonstrates they show genuine concern for the employees and their families. Communication regarding the direction of the company and things going on in the company make it from the top down to the lowest level of employee. The CEO routinely schedules meetings with employees to get their feedback on issues, and is willing to also hear the not so good (of which there is little to complain about). Much generosity is shown with pay, benefits and time off. The company stays in tune with changing market conditions and adjusts accordingly to continue being profitable. Much of the company works remotely, as did I. The only reason I left was because it was time to retire.

Cons

I really cannot think of anything to mention. As with any good job, the work can be a bit challenging at times, but everyone works together to resolve issues.

Thank you for this review. It's a big milestone in our company history that we are beginning to have people retire from Flycast Partners. It's humbling that someone would choose to finish out their career with us and it is appreciated by us. Nathan George, CEO - Flycast Partners

Pros

Snacks, location. Loaction. Snacks. Very trendy.

Cons

The place is not as high tech as it should be. They rely on subcontracting for everything. It is truly a bad product because you could just go by it directly instead of paying them as a middle man.

Once again I'm going to have to claim a bitter ex-employee who is signing up with anonymous email addresses just to bash us. This review doesn't even make sense. I'm not sure what it is that we subcontract. None of this makes sense, but if you look at almost all of the other one star reviews you will find very similar writing style complete with misspelled words and bad grammar. I sincerely hope at some point the person posting all of these reviews can quit giving us free rent inside his head. Nathan George, CEO, Flycast Partners.

Pros

None, just not worth it.

Cons

The owner acts lib-like, and never addresses the merits of the reviews here on GD. He only goes after the posters of bad reviews. Many good salespeople have gone through that FlyBullyOut Villainers, VERY GOOD salespeople. He cannot admit that or the truth. He obviously cannot handle the truth. The place is a stepping stone JOB unless they can walk all over you, then you are good. Unless you are in the top team or related to it, you will be used. Many a salesperson that has worked there feels the same way. People get told they are family then get thrown out like today's garbage. These people are not garbage and are MANY times, excellent salespeople. Plenty of Account Managers will testify to that and all have moved on to get better-paying jobs, ALL. Just another excellent salesperson that got used there AND has a soul, unlike the CEO. He will say it was a subpar performance, he lies to himself and to others. Again, read this review over and over.

While I hate to hear someone feels like this, we do let sales people go who do not perform. We have never, and will never, terminate the employment of any sales person that is making their quota. Unfortunately, if someone isn't performing, we have had to terminate their employment and free that territory up to make way for someone who will put the work in. We've terminated less than 5 sales reps in the 12 years we've been in business, so I would argue the term "Many" in the above post. If you're thinking about applying to Flycast Partners as a salesperson, I would encourage you to ask to speak with one of our current sales reps to find out what we are about as opposed to taking guidance from someone who didn't make the grade and is now putting posts out there like this.
