Not a good place to work due to bad management
Pros
1. Good product range for process pumps so if you are willing to learn yourself, network well, meet customers satisfaction & requirements, its ok. Otherwise everything else here is toxic & horrible. Better not join this company if you value your career growth, mental health.
Cons
1. Horrible and toxic management. No integrity, zero values and zero leadership in managing. Heavy micromanagement and has zero trust of what employees do and yet bad talk despite good efforts bringing in the sales. 2. EPF payment is always late and never on time. At times, claim payment is delayed which are both not acceptable at all. 3. Simply impose random SOP's that makes no sense at all just because management feels like it. In order for you to claim petrol, toll, entertainment and outstation claims, you need to submit reports and summary visit emails to customers in order to be entitled which is absolutely absurd. Basically no freedom at all. 4. No car allowance is given to sales which is absurd as other companies provide. 5. No genuine and proper guidance given here. You can only survive or work here if you allow yourself to be micromanaged and you do not want to think to grow your career. 6. Here, you will never ever be rewarded for your hard work as management only want to use and treat employees like slaves. No respect at all. Not genuine in giving things at all. If you participate in the company trip, you need to serve a bond of 6 months - one year. If you get counter offered, they will find a way to cut something from you, such as 13th month salary.
