Cons
The company is an absolute scam, run by former Michael page recruiters who will force metrics down your throat. Since it’s fully remote, you’re expected to be online and available from 7am- 7pm every day. The managers will treat you like a child and micromanage you more than you could imagine. Would not recommend my worst enemy to get a job here. Absolute scam of a company

Cons
- Depending on where you live in DFW, traffic around the office can be bad - You need to have discipline and a high degree of self-motivation, not great for individuals that are not comfortable working in entrepreneurial environments
