      A nice office space and building.

      I used to work here where the CEO's attitude left much to be desired. The CEO appeared to believe that anyone who hadn't worked in the construction field was beneath her, as if we were all idiots. Her presence in the office was like a dark cloud, with an aura of belittlement for everyone in her path. One glaring issue at this company was the lack of genuine positive reviews. The only ones you'll find here were written in pairs years ago because employees were coerced into taking time out of their workday to fill them out. It was mandated, making it feel insincere and forced. Freedom of speech and thought was practically non-existent. You were expected to agree with the CEO without question. Period. Any dissenting opinions were met with resistance and reprimand. The work environment was toxic. Disrespect, condescension, and micromanagement were common occurrences. It was demoralizing to say the least. The turnover rate at this company was staggering. Most people didn't realize how bad it was during the interview process. It was only after starting that they discovered the harsh reality of working there. Lastly, the company's outdated mentality of "dial and dial" as the path to success in this industry, a major hindrance. The CEO's adherence to outdated methods was frustrating, and it hindered progress and use of better methods. Overall, my experience at this company was deeply disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering a job there to think twice.

      Hello, This is the CEO of the company, Suzanne Breistol, and although I do not know who wrote this, it is disheartening. Nobody at this company is coerced to do anything and you are more than welcome to call any of our employees to ask how they like working here by calling our main number at 305-361-0094. We have narrowed this review down to a past employee or two that we chose to part ways with and they were not happy with our decision. We needed to do so as their attitude was as it reads above. If they were here for 1-2 years then we did give them opportune time to learn the business, the industry we serve and do the job they were hired to do. I do hope this individual has found a place of employment that meets their expectations. We are pleased that today we have openings only due to growth and scaling and we are celebrating the receipt of our registered trademark for the proven process my team and I have worked to develop over the years. Not sure as to the comment about the reviews written in pairs, as I myself, just saw this and so it is possible my team did this to shine favor on the place they chose to work.

      I now know why there is so much turn over. It is impossible to work here when the top person thinks everyone else is the problem when really its them

      This year we celebrate our 20th anniversary and I as the CEO have learned many lessons along the way. It is important to me for the team to have a safe, clean, state -of- the- art, work environment and I am thankful that these reviews state that. We want all our employees to be comfortable at work so they can commit to and do the job they are hired to do and it feels like a work home. This employee may have been employed prior to the implementation of our enhanced training program and the hire of our General Manager, who is engaged with the team daily helping them meet their career goals and deliver my vision for them to always feel appreciated. I am sorry I did not know this person felt this way and I could have spent more time with them. Hopefully, they will share their feelings future if they ever feel this way again as I know if they did while they were with us I would have made sure they did not interpret the request for solutions as them being a problem.

      Pros

      FLCC, Inc. is not a typical staffing firm but instead focuses on a consultative approach to career matchmaking. Great benefits including 401K with a generous employer match and health benefits including vision and dental. There is a competitive base salary plus a rewarding commission and bonus structure. Management provides every tool in order to help the career matchmakers succeed. Overall it is a fast-paced environment and ownership always pays attention to the little things that make an employee feel appreciated and of value to the company.

      Cons

      I have been with the company for nearly 2 years and it is one of the best places that I have worked. Opportunity for growth and financial success. No cons that I have experienced.
