Great pay for an intern with no experience Gave me the space to learn and develop my software development skills Laid back, comfortable work environment Learned and developed with relevant industry tech (C# .Net, web APIs, SQL Server) Flexible hours so I was able to work part time during semesters, full time during summers. I worked around my class schedule as needed. Friendly, likable staff who like to have fun
Cons
Very small company Development workflow is way more waterfall than agile Use some old technology and non-modern practices. (My mind jumps to JQuery + Razor, SVN instead of Git) Manual deployment pipeline Fairly old company that is still in 'startup mode'
