- friendly, positive culture - innovation encouraged - think outside the box :) - focus on learning & development L&D - strong leadership - great collaboration within the teams and amongst the different departments; real teamwork - work alongside lots of intelligent, dynamic, dedicated experts

Smiles at the beginning only.

Cons

The worst experience I had for any company. You have to work on the customer hours. If the customer is not satisfied on you, you will definitely fired. Working for much hours and under stress. Once the project is terminated you will be fired. There are no process.
