Pros

Employee benefits are great if you are on a Flagship contract, salaries are generally better than similar roles elsewhere and 99.9% of people are great to work with. Opportunities regularly become available due to turnover being so high.

Cons

The organisation is very leadership role top heavy, but there is a desperate lack of leadership being given. Every department is under-resourced, and the lack of direction and decisiveness makes them very unproductive considering the size of the organisation and funding. Middle management are frequently burn out and regularly take long term sick or leave the business.

Pros

Other team members who keep your chin up.

Cons

There is no care for the staff or tenants. They advertise all the right things like 'we care about mental health' but in reality the couldn't care less. They only thing they care for is saving money.
