Pros

Run of the mill co-workers are nice, and probably share a lot of the same musical interests, etc. Um.... and there was ample parking?

Cons

The two alpha bullies: Larry Fishman. Jason the massive knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing, monosyllabic COO. Any middle-manager (they will throw any and everyone under the bus without a moment's hesitation in order to cling to their pathetic role for another week). Absolutely no consistent direction. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Ridiculous amounts of time and money spent on efforts that make no fiscal sense (I'm looking at you, FC-1 Floor Controller/TriplePlay). Forget ever working from home - you are treated like an infant, and would never be trusted. You will be thrown under the bus - just brace yourself. Don't take it personally. Typical music industry employer who knows that it can bend its employees over (bullying, sub-standard pay), because most of them are attracted to the fact that if they're going to spend 8 hours a day working somewhere, it's nice that it's in the music industry rather than say, the financial sector. Fishman is an overgrown version of Larry's basement from 1982 - it is not a real company. Jason, the the massive knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing, monosyllabic COO's former claim to fame was as a pipe fitter in the Navy. It's one thing to not know a fretboard from a volume knob when you're running a music company, but at least have someone running the show with half a clue. It's comical some of the people they hire (and then have to quietly fire a few months later). Was there not an interview process? You couldn't sense the ineptitude 30 seconds into the interview? But no.... let's either hire someone who clearly put a massive sell-job on during the interview, or an old friend of Larry's who is also a bullying D.B. No thanks. Plenty of better jobs out there. Jobs where the COO won't rat out a sales guy to his manager because he had the AUDACITY to have google maps open on one of his monitors when you walked by. Good lord, it boggles the mind.

Pros

Great family owned company that has created the market of acoustic amplification and continually pushes the technology. They lead the crowded field in many new areas that certainly competitors might not have believed that they would tread.

Cons

Hard to have your voice heard sometimes. Although there is an open door policy it doesn't seem like what gets said is taken to heart.

Pros

People were nice. The job was not bad. I enjoyed working there most of the time

Cons

Not anything concerning. I really can't remember anything other than maybe the cycling between doing well and not doing well in maintaining their sales dollars
