6yThank you for sharing your views. First Tech has experienced rapid growth in response to increasing demand for the products and experiences we deliver to members. Growth creates a necessary (but generally healthy) level of strain on people, systems, and the managers/coaches that we look to assist team members in realizing their potential. While we work hard to help team members thrive in this environment (training, process improvement, highly competitive market based compensation and active listening), we, and some of our leaders occasionally fail to meet the needs or expectations of team members. The comments in your note suggest that we failed to meet your expectations. That’s a failure that we regret and need to learn from. While your experiences may have been painful or personally disappointing, First Tech remains an employer of choice for more than 1,500 team members, many of whom share their candid feedback (praise and pain points) with the hope that we can grow stronger as a team and organization. I would encourage you to follow the lead of other FT employees by taking advantage of my open door policy.
