Great mission. Amazing team (below administration) who genuinely cares for the clients.

Cons

Serious leadership gaps. They try very hard for a positive corporate culture, but the people pushing it the hardest are the ones breeding toxicity. EVERYONE is terrified of being fired at the drop of a hat.
