      Salaries are stuck in 1998. Literally, look up the market rate for software developers in 1998, that is what you will get paid here. To makes matters worse, management has hired a former developer as a remote contractor at a premium hourly rate for entry-level work! The worst management I've seen, resulting in crazy high turnover rate.

      It was a new location, so most of the time it was pretty slow or consistently the same members. Made commission on different products

      Favoritism in management Won’t work your schedule even if you have school Expect you to be available when they need even outside of open hours

      Relaxed environment. CEO is very friendly.

      Cons

      Low-pay, high workload... this makes FSCU uncompetitive as an employer. Low standards and lack of a review process has led to a convoluted codebase despite simple requirements.
