Business outlook
Pros
Management makes appropriate changes and empowers us with the tools we need to succeed. Pay is excellent, work environment is great and systems/technology are the best I've used. Ability to bank loans or broker loans. Employees (processing etc) accrue generous paid time off in first year.
Cons
Health benefits aren't so hot. No dental, vision or disability benefits.
