Pros

I got phone call saying that my profile is matched and would like to schedule a interview and asked me questions about my previous exp and my academics in the phone call. I had asked in the phone call itself whether this is sales and door to door job as I am not interested to go for it.there pretend saying its a office based job but when I went for the interview, the manager end up saying its 100% sales and der were interviewing 2 ppl at a time. This is totally scam, THIS IS SAME LIKE ALLIANCE,ALLEGIANCE..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Cons

company is small there pretend to say der need employees to enlarge the company but the real story der r hiring anyone who wants to do sales job.

Pros

People are nice and driven

Cons

They tell you youre going to be doing one thing and making something that is completely different. There is room for growth and to make money but it is not what you think you would be doing from the interviews and information given.

Pros

There is an amazing opportunity, with first lines Management Training Program, they have a great team, lots to learn. No one is ever lazy, and you can see yourself improve and grow throught the business, as well as have the opportunity to help others reach their goals. Everyone starts out form the same entry level postion and has the ability to work their way up to the top and be aloud to run their own company. "The greatest leaders are built from the ground up, not managested from thin air." I've only been here for 4 months and have already grown so much and learned a lot thanks to haveing a solid manager and leader behind me as well as other people willling to teach me.

Cons

Commission. (But who cares if you actually work then you will make money.) Hours. (Yet there is so much to learn and so little time.)
