One member of C-Suite hasn't got a clue how to manage people, shy's away from difficult/uncomfortable conversations and pulls the trigger on firing way too much.
They don't seem to have any idea how to properly plan for the future of the business as well as the people within it.
Toxic environment with some getting special treatment that no one else gets.
There is a lot to like about FLF. It's very much like working in academia, but faster pace and without the many annoyances like limited budget and overbearing bureaucracy.

Cons
Should be a perfect work environment, but the majority of the company seems depressed and convinced that the mission won't work out. Hence, the company has had quite a few leavers prior to the pandemic.
