      Pros

      Some people are nice and the students are always lovely, great to work from home too

      Cons

      They are a big "family" culture and if you're not like that you will be penalised for it and interrogated for wanting to be a private and reserved person. Training is low, even if you ask questions management will say "we'll cover that when you need it" but then state concern when you're not asking enough questions or not learning enough. Absolute mess.

      Pros

      Staff is good and easy to get along with A good stopover If you want to learn quickly and move on.

      Cons

      Thinks very less about you and all about the clients Expect you to work outside your contracted hours with no appreciation. Do not have a support or progress plan for you. Do not have a CRM system and run on standard Microsoft packages which causes havoc. Senior staff abuses people professionally by micro managing and disruptive and insensitive emails.
