There are no words to describe how dishonest this Credit Union is. They will deceive you to get you in and then you will see the true mafia culture.
Cons
Scare tactics, intimidation, HUGE turnover, unrealistic goals, worse than any big bank.... As an employee you must have at least 5 sales per member (on average), if you don’t, well you will likely be on a counseling program. Sound a little like a big bank?...well FFCU is actually worse.
Where do I start? FFCU is nothing more than a sweat shop. They require their employees to squeeze as much money as possible out of their members. They force branch staff to entice members into products that they do not need which are also not priced well. If staff cannot coerce members, then they will be terminated inside of one year. The CEO runs the place like a Monarchy and is a serious pathogen to the organization. I suggest job seekers avoid this place.
Outdated systems. Unrealistic sales goals. Abusive managers that would be fired anywhere else get relocated here since it is becoming widely known of the turnover/lack of professional talent this company attracts.
