I have worked for this company for 8 years and I have never been more happier with my job and position. We as a company try our best to help others be their best. We are always paid on holidays if it should fall through the week or we have it off. We also enjoy company picnics in the summer and many other days that we celebrate together. This is one heck of a company to work for. Our administrative people try their best to be on hand if possible. Sure we make mistakes, but it is all a work in progress. Our President and owner of the Company is one good man with a very good heart. He and a few of us that were here when it started was just small. It has grown by leaps and bounds but I am sure there has been many heartaches over what to do and how to handle things. So think back there has been downfalls for the company as well as the people. Every company goes thru something. Remember we want a job and I for one would hate to lose it. If it should ever happen I can say one thing I was never mistreated. And I remember working long late hours and was happy to do so. So being an employee of First Family Insurance falls on each of us to make it a better place to work than yesterday.

This is one of the most professional agencies in the business. If there are any poor reviews, know that any sales organization will have them. They are posted by maladroit dispirited malcontents that could not sell! The office, staff, products, and technology are TOP SHELF! The only people who fail are those who cannot follow directions or coaching.
