      Pros

      You'll learn a lot — Like, a lot. The exposure is real, you just have to be willing to go after it instead of waiting for someone to hand it to you. You grow fast if you want to — There's no shortage of stuff to take on, so if you're ambitious, you'll find plenty of ways to level up.

      Cons

      Can get overwhelming.Between the self-driven learning, the expanding workload, and the rigid schedule, burnout is a real thing to watch out for. Strict hours, no flexibility by HR. Don't expect to adjust your schedule when life happens. The hours are fixed, which can feel pretty suffocating especially when your workload is already heavy.
