The owner is one big red flag. From listening to private phone calls to blatant favoritism. Beware! Avoid this company at all costs! You work 8:30-5:30 as the owner forces a 1hr unpaid break. PTO is next to none and if it snows you will be expected to make it in or spend PTO. The pay is very low and you are promised plenty of opportunities to move up but there are none when you actually start working and see what the actual office layout is. My last supervisor before leaving was very inexperienced and would basically "cry" to get you to do what they want. Unprofessional to the max. Glad to be gone.
