      Pros

      I have worked for FCS for about 6 months now. I have nothing negative to say about my company. They take the training program we provide very seriously and push our representatives to achieve all their goals! FCS will be taking a trip to the BAHAMAS in November, all expenses paid!!! Does that sound like a company who doesn't value and/or appreciate their hard working and determined employees? NO, I don't think so. We've been all around the country for many years! And we are STILL constantly growing.

      Idk I think it it could be a gud job if u into sales. If it was high pay the boss was a cool guy and funny

      To far and no gud guaranteed money for me spending all day out side would been to much for me.

      Pros

      Recent graduate in Business and the skills I learned while working there will always be a foundation for me while starting up my own company. I was able to see everything from the ground level of the business, while it is hard work the ABILITY to sharpen your skills is the biggest thing i took working with Mr. Manny and his team. His strategies and work ethic in the business is what I have taken most from him and his relentless work ethic has shown me how much work is needed in building your own empire and future.

      Cons

      If you have a mindset that is not aggressive and business minded you will not understand the industry of sales and marketing that First Class teaches. Also, the hours are longer and not your typical 9-5 but truthfully business is not for 9-5 mindset people. I really can't say anything negative about my experience but I will one day run my own business from 99% attitude and 1% skill and understand you have to question yourself "did i reach my goals"?
