Very personable and welcoming from the walk in to the office to the final handshake goodbye!! The manager was very thorough through the preliminary process and explained what I would expect if I was chosen for a 2nd rd interview. I then had to do a review process with other managers that made a decision on a position for me.

What qualities do you have that make us a better company along side with you being apart of this company? What makes me a good fit for this company and what is it that FCS can teach me and where does this fit into my goals for the next 2 years?
Waste of time. Stay Away! The 10 min interview could have been done over the phone. There was a 30 min wait and a line of people waiting to be interviewed. They dont tell you any deatils about the job until the next interview.
