Pros

Decent starting wages. Easy to get hired. Hard to get fired. ( Also a con, depending on perspective)

Cons

Management shifts priorities towards quantity of runs($), as opposed to quality of patient care and advocacy.

Pros

plenty of open shifts to pick up, a few of the main office people really care about the field staff

Cons

constant management changes, they don't ask for field employees opinion on many changes that directly effect them, NEVER get off work when scheduled, bully people into shifts and locations they don't want to work, if refused they will threaten to relocate, no stability.
