Pros

Weekly pay, the company is divided into different divisions so you can move out of you area just ask. The ladies bathroom is clean.

Cons

No room for growth. Workers are on drugs and smoke Marijuana, yuck. Assistant Project Manager hires friends and family, good luck. Drafting sucks here they use Auto CAD wrong. Project Managers don't know Auto Cad so higher up drafters can get away with a lot, and will make you look useless to keep their job. Jealousy between divisions. They all want each other to fail. They pay women less than men. If you are young they pay you less. Not about experience. They are afraid of experience you can take their jobs. Drafting test finish wiring diagram in 15 minutes they will die to hire you. Give you a half an hour to finish. A lot of miserable people who work for the company a long time. They use Temp Agencies to fill in spots and then terminate once job is done. Racist racist racist well most of the whites especially the Italians.

Pros

Tiny raises, free bagels lol

Cons

They opened up building while active cases of coronavirus existed, exposed their staff!..Poor management, extreme turnover, verbal, and mental abuse, sexist, discriminatory, gossiping, if you are a woman and you report it, you will be targeted like I was and you will loose your job unjustly. From personal experience this is the worst company I ever worked for. They owe me money for hours I put in and never got paid for. I was constantly targeted The moment I made light of how they were treating me. It happens so much there’s limitless amount of witnesses who will say the same.

Pros

Some great friendly people to work for

Cons

Bad management with no real on the job training. Much of what is needed to know is by word of mouth or when a project changes.
