      Bad management with no real on the job training. Much of what is needed to know is by word of mouth or when a project changes.

      Was there 3 years, worked with engineers, learned a lot. The engineers teach you things and it was a good experience

      Cons

      Let's just stick with pros for now. The only thing was micromanaging. If they let that go it would be better.
