The caveat to the "Pros" is that things move very quickly here given the start-up environment. Sometimes you'll start going down one track and have to pivot completely - which can be exciting for some but frustrating for others - depends on how you like to work. You'll also likely find yourself creating/setting up new processes that don't exist yet. Again, big plus for some, not as exciting for others. As with working for most other companies, work life balance ebbs and flows. There are times when my weeks are steady and others where I'm working long hours based on what the business needs. That said, leadership is generally supportive of creating the kind of flexible schedule that works best for you and your needs.
