      Pros

      It's hard to come with many pros. There are a lot of good people who work there. That's about it.

      Cons

      The company has no direction. The company let go of half of its employees after hiring many of them within the year on a conference call. Plus, the benefits were very expensive.

      Pros

      The developers I worked with were good people and I enjoyed working with them.

      Cons

      Mismanagement from the top from day one. Hired people without letting them know the company was ready to layoff within months - even had someone there for like a week! Very irresponsible - this person left their secure job not knowing the company was having layoffs a week later. They sold new hires like myself on things like unlimited PTO, but people were not able to use the PTO. The office in Reston was very disconnected from the office in Dayton where nearly all the developers worked. The leaders were disconnected from Dayton.

      Motivating Company with Committed Employees

      Pros

      Working with some incredibly driven, talented and smart technologists and inventors, who are building some cool and patent-protected technology. Led by an experienced management team. Everyone is motivated, hard-working and works well together as well as individually. I have been able gain experience in multiple facets of business beyond my job title.
