This is an awful, awful company to work for, and I wish I'd never accepted their job offer.
They may pitch themselves as a progressive, fairly new, growing company. They aren't. This is a shared service centre for a few media agencies, and the sole focus is to keep costs (I. E. Salaries) as low as possible. This is accomplished through very low salaries, high, stressful workloads, very limited progression, and uninteresting, manual and boring job roles which facilitate easy replacement given the high staff turnover
Additionally, the ceo and leadership are ruthless, unethical and morally corrupt, and I'm sure some of the practices they employ to squeeze every drop out of you border on illegal. Some of the things I witnessed include harrasment of staff with health conditions, bullying, and a very toxic culture. At one point, the leadership would write the KPIs of the invoice inputting team on a whiteboard for the whole office to see in an attempt to publicly shame those who were at the bottom. Another with a health condition was made to explain why he used the bathroom more than other colleagues. I have also personally witnessed colleagues being told off for messaging on their phones, or even listening to music while working
I decided to leave without another job to go to, and it took me a long time to find another job because I had FP on my cv, it's seen as a red flag to similar firms in the industry for the bad practised and habits you will inevitably pick up there. Thankfully, I have a good job now in banking, where I earn 3x more money, and have to suffer far less stress and I actually get to maintain some dignity and self esteem too
Unless you have been unemployed for a long term, and you have no other options, I implore you to not work for this company. Please believe you deserve better than to work here
