Pros

Flexible Hybrid work model They have some really good engineers and are starting to make good use of technology.

Cons

Tech debt is growing, existing code is bug-ridden. The focus is on speed of development - not quality. More focus needs to be placed on fixing bad code/bugs instead of new features only. Lack of analysis, bad planning
