Technology is well deployed in the company so human resources are used for knowledge and skills. There is a lot to learn from all team members of the company. The management team are good at giving strategic advice and also help execute efficient working plans.

Environment – definitely similar to the “work hard, play hard” startup atmosphere. What is different here is an environment that is also collaborative, supportive, genuinely fun, and one where you can be yourself. When I worked there, my team felt more than just coworkers and is what made my experience one that was enjoyable Flexibility – Everyone has the ability to make valuable contributions to the team. There is no concept of hierarchy and management will be open to ideas that are sound and will support the company’s growth. Learning and growth opportunities - At any given point, there is always a learning opportunity that you are expect to take advantage of. You have full ownership where you can see the direct impact of your work. The founder has a strong vision for the company, and a growth mindset that permeates the environment Working here was an enjoyable experience for me. It was exciting to see how much the company grew, and even though I am no longer there, I’m excited for its future!
