      Pros

      As a long term employee, I've seen our business transform over the years. We have a new, solid CEO who not only understands how to scale our business, but has prioritized people and processes to help Petplan move to the next level as a necessary step for our future. As an employee, it's refreshing to have such transparency while watching our growth escalate. Great company to work for. Come join the pack!

      Great company for work life balance.

      Pros

      Fetch has THE BEST open communication between employees I have ever experienced, I have been able to truly balance my work and home life (even while working from home). My work stress level has gone down so low its almost non-existent. My ideas I've had have been listened to and not pushed aside. Great starting pay, Training is very involved and thorough.

      Cons

      Always room for improvement but i have zero cons at the moment.

      Pros

      I get to be part of the part of our business that is growing at a rapid pace ! We add new partnerships and on-site advisors every month.

      Cons

      Sometimes it’s very hard to control the opportunities that are presented to my sales team. We have targets to hit but at times can be quite challenging if adoption volumes are on the slower side.
