Pros

Compensation is very good. Working remotely. Fast paced so you won't get bored.

Cons

Poor on-boarding. Not a lot of clear direction or focus on operations and processes which results in reactionary action. Groups are misaligned with respect to skills and there is no action plan to work out of it.

Pros

Excellent pay, high standard of quality expected, bonuses at christmas. If work is your life it’s perfect.

Cons

Very high expectation of hours that should be worked. Work tempo can be stressful. Constant change in processes with no clear communication. Leadership makes decisions in a silo. Employee turnover is fairly high. They do pay very well but in the end the money wasnt worth it. You are expected to deliver 40 billable hours and ferrilli obligations on top of that. I was told that work would be scheduled during my lunch hour when i was already at capacity and asked when i shoukd perform additional duties assigned. Huge red flag in culture.

Pros

The team aspect of Ferrilli is unsurpassed. The environment is fast paced and educational; co-workers quickly become your family. Everyone is willing to help and provide input on unfamiliar projects or issues that occur along the way. The benefits are stellar. Working from home is great if you are disciplined; it's easy to work 40+ hours a week and not realize it. While some assignments are given to consultants without adequate experience, it can provide a great opportunity for growth. Travel can be excessive but it is nice to get out of the home office and visit client sites.

Cons

Being part of a recent mass downsizing, I would caution employment at this time. Poor onboarding. Lack of internal procedures and protocols. Lack of time for administrative duties. Many grand ideas but poor follow through which wastes time, effort and money.
