Hell on earth never trained properly and left by yourself to clean up their mess. Yelled at by rude doctors who act superior. Don’t replace your old job with this one you will quit immediately.

There was no onboarding process, and the hiring process lacked structure and clear communication, with no training at all. It was difficult to understand expectations, and there was no support for new employees. The work environment felt unprofessional at times, with noticeable gossip, and the manager treated people differently, which was stressful to watch and experience.
