Good pay but poor communication and management issues

Pay was good for a manager. You also got tips.

Cons

Lack of communication. Multiple stores were not on the same level of communication. Information was not being passed around like it should have. Also had other managers drinking on the job. Another manager worked well over 40 hours and did not recieve their overtime pay, while other managers did receive it.

Management against each other, gossip was rampant, GM would do anything, no matter how unrealistic, to attempt to save a buck.
