Pros
Casual dress. They run a large football "survival" pool that extends beyond the company's walls - I'm not certain, but given the amounts of money involved, this might be illegal? There are less than a handful of excellent employees that are poach-able, that should leave for better companies, before they burn out.
Cons
Toxic culture - bullying, aggressive, unprofessional behavior. The owner/president is manic, over emotional, Trump-loving child. No mentoring, coaching or training - only corrective actions and threats. Pay is 30-50% below average for the area, for the industry. Although, if you are one of the family members, you'll probably do better. Morale is low; employees are not engaged. Change is a four letter word. And I imagine that customers are served only as well as the employees are treated.
