Toxic workplace - Anonymous employee Fast-Rite International Employee Review

Toxic work environment - bullying, aggressive, unprofessional behavior. The owner and son are over hyper aggressive. No mentoring, coaching or training. Unprofessional environment with cursing going on throughout multiple areas. Although, if you are one of the family members, you'll probably do better. HR offers no help. Morale is low; employees are not engaged. Covid protocol poorly executed, including minimal cleaning left to employees and making employees work in the office with poorly designed shields. And I imagine that customers are served only as well as the employees are treated.
