Wonderful staff that really do feel like family. Management is available and involved with daily operations which makes staff comfortable in approaching them for help or advice.
Cons
a few staff who have been at the library for a long time are allowed to operate on their own agenda and often don't follow policy/procedure correctly which makes it more difficult for those who do and confusing for patrons.
pay discrepancy between staff but little to no discrepancy in workload or expectations.
