      Pros

      Good for employees who wants to retire in this company. Short working hours.

      Cons

      Never offend the higher management because they are all well back up. Can never get promoted unless the top management level employees leave. Your work can never be appreciated because the higher level employees only care for their own.

      Nice workplace. People are nice and stable and not much politics. Stable environment and work life balance. Free products and discount for staff.

      Cons

      Two bosses have opposite opinion which making work repeatedly re-doing. Too local company and boss-driven.
