Compensation is OK, maybe a bit below industry average. Most of the folks are pretty good people.

Cons

They (senior management) don't value you as a human being. Poor atmosphere. High turnover in some departments.

Overall, it's a good place to work. The benefits are really good and there's profit sharing. There's typically a focus on career development and work safety is high priority. If you have a good manager, it can be a great place to work.

Cons

A company is as good as the managers they choose to put in charge of a department. Sometimes they make unfortunate choices by selecting people who seem convincing but don't really have the necessary qualifications.
