      Poor company culture with little respect for employees

      Cant think of any except the bananas and apples supplied in pantry

      Cons

      No respect from top & same tier, especially those working over 10+years, limited vision and knowledge, thot they are so smart to play around. Bad company culture overall.

      Salary is a little bit higher than average, but not worth

      TO all the time (ave. 9 hours OT per week), and taxi and dinner for OT compensation only, and you have to OT 3 hours to get it, workload is extremely heavy, and almost all the management levels are hire from outside, there is no promotion and development opportunity, especially for Chinese
