      Variety in work, lots of bonding time with co-workers

      Cons

      Poorly managed, ridiculous deadlines (often working 80 hours a week, expected to stay until 2am and come in on weekends), severely underpay its employees, no care for personal wellbeing, no work-life balance (your life IS your job at this place)

      The methodology is robust. It is, however, not unique.

      Cons

      80+ hour workweeks Zero work-life balance The indifference to employees, and employee lives, is unlike anything you may have experienced. Since tenure is so short, there's a good "ex-F2" community. Talk to them prior to working there. Power trip, low EQ, racist management.
