Company willing to invest in ongoing training, whether you’re new or experienced in the industry. Everyone willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Leadership preaches core values and sets the tone for the rest of the team. Fast paced environment especially during busy season, but everyone is willing to help at a moments notice.
Cons
Seasonality can be a challenge at times but it goes back to show that at the base of each employee, they are willing to help others to reach individual and company goals.
