      Company willing to invest in ongoing training, whether you’re new or experienced in the industry. Everyone willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Leadership preaches core values and sets the tone for the rest of the team. Fast paced environment especially during busy season, but everyone is willing to help at a moments notice.

      Cons

      Seasonality can be a challenge at times but it goes back to show that at the base of each employee, they are willing to help others to reach individual and company goals.

      Exscape provides challenges, creativity, thought, and use of as many skills and gifts as one chooses to pursue. I love the forward-thinking, problem solving, and teamwork aspect of my job. This business is seasonal, therefore never boring. Our clients are highly successful, so I enjoy delivering the very best product to them. Camaraderie among my peers is exceptional.

      Seasonal demands become high at times, so I need to be flexible and go the extra mile when necessary to ensure my clients are properly taken care of.
