      - work balance - nice people other than management

      Cons

      - management using mind full games, bullying, no communication between management, no instructions, no expectations communications. management use every opportunity to take credit as advantage and remove hard working people from the company - HR works only for management benefits to control and abuse non-management workers - forcing workers to use their cell phones for no pay. long work hours for no pay.

      Pay is slightly above average Benefits were comprehensive (though that's been clawed back recently)

      Demotivated and demoralized workforce Management are narcissistic and incapable of listening to any criticism Poison environment - Bickering and back-stabbing to advance in the organization Parent company in the US is floundering, cutting back budget in Canada to compensate Management will recognize who can work hard and will abuse this until the employee leaves
