      Pros

      Exponents is,a company that's main purpose is to serve the underserved. It's Founder and President Howard Josepher is an exceptional, remarkable man, who has a genuine love for the people. Most of his non management staff share this passion.

      Cons

      Higher level staff have a sense of entitlement and worship titles. Very self absorbed and vindictive to a fault.

      This review is for Exponents Insta USA, the custom exhibit design company located in San Diego, CA. -Extremely poor management — the president is unqualified and unfit for leadership -Underpaid positions especially for such a high workload -Severe micromanagement -The president is extremely condescending and disrespectful to employees in all departments -No growth opportunities -Extremely high turnover -Mediocre medical benefits -No training -Employees are set up to fail
