Exponents is,a company that's main purpose is to serve the underserved. It's Founder and President Howard Josepher is an exceptional, remarkable man, who has a genuine love for the people. Most of his non management staff share this passion.

Higher level staff have a sense of entitlement and worship titles. Very self absorbed and vindictive to a fault.
