      Pros

      This used to be a great place to work. The people and workplace were good. The projects were well thought out. I used to really like working there.

      Cons

      About a year ago new management was implemented. Working there has been getting worse ever since. Some of the best people were driven away by the new management.

      Pros

      * Nice office in a fantastic part of California * Friendly people, still with the small-company feel and attitude * Good stepping-stone if you've graduated from CalPoly

      Cons

      * Cut-throat management, who will kick you to the kerb at will. I saw several friends cut loose for no sensible reason. * Willing to sacrifice quality employees for cheaper alternatives. * Not the best pay... but I guess the weather does compensate somewhat.
