Pros

Amazing organisation! Management is very friendly and reachable. All employees are focused and proper guidance is provided by the management to grow in their career path. All the deliverables are well planned and no pressure is drilled down to the lower level of employees. Compensations are provided to the best as per the market standards.

Pros

The direct managers were great!

Cons

This company has posted recent positive reviews to discredit organic reviews from real employees, as well as raise the horrible approval rating of the CEO. They are stating that the negative reviews have been left by disgruntled employees from an outsourced company that does not share Experience.com’s vision and core values. You hired these employees and want to take away their voice, that’s now how reviews work. During an uncertain time, employees were getting laid off weekly, with little to no communication to the teams that were losing their colleagues. Saying this company has high turnover is an understatement, you would wait till Monday to see who’s laid off, then wait for Friday to see who’s the new-hire all star that’s going to help turn things around. It really shows how reckless the company is financially, as well as showing absolutely no empathy for its employees. Now on to COVID - Working from home was convenient, but the CEO did not provide any updates on the office or check on any of the employees mental health during the pandemic. He also encouraged people to go into the office during the full closure/ stay at home period, which was extremely careless and selfish. He then opened a new office in Nashville, and to celebrate, threw a costume party resulting in a COVID scare.
