Lots and lots of opportunities to grow. Passionate people. Good office environment. Approachable seniors. You 're rewarded for good work.

Cons

Long working hours. You 're expected to work over the weekend. ( Like I said, you do learn a lot but the hard way. ) Screws your work life balance but again 'no gain without pain'.

Friendly working envoirnment, some of the team - mates are supportive.

Cons

I used to work here in design team, too much office politics and manipulations around. No work life balance, get ready to work for 12 - 13 hrs daily. Some team mates just get paid for rolling joints, even HR is Deaf & dumb to take any actions. No scope for career growth, they will only favour their chamchas Sandip Maity is least concerned about employee concerns.
